Seniors:  Please verify your name for your diploma in the office.

 

Picture Retakes will be Wednesday, October 29th at 8:00 a.m.  Please be sure to pick up a picture packet from the office—payment is due when pictures are taken.

 

The CAT TRACKS is having a photo contest.  Anyone interested will need to have entries in by October 31st.  The theme is life at DHS.  The prize is a McDonald’s gift card.

 

JOB, JOB, JOB  Two hours a day, cleaning the grooming room at Smylie Animal Clinic-$8.00/hr-Call Jenny Mittleider at 358-3231

 

For anyone who took the ASVAB there will be an interpretation meeting with Sgt. Peterson from The Wyoming Army National Guard on Friday, October 31st at 1:30 in the upper aud.

 

Any senior or junior who plans to take the December 13th ACT may sign up for an ACT prep sessions in the Guidance Office. ACT prep sessions are held in the media center during SSR time.   Seniors get first choice to sign up in the Guidance Office!  You must be signed up to participate.

 

Attention seniors!  Jostens will be here 10/29 at 9:00 a.m. in the aud to meet regarding caps and gowns. 

 

Any Junior/Senior interested in attending Technology Day at the Eastern Wyoming College campus in Torrington on November 6th can go to the EWC website at ewc.wy.edu and register. If you have questions, stop in the guidance office.

 

Any senior interested in playing Division 1 or 2 sports at the collegiate level needs to be registered with the NCAA Clearinghouse ASAP.  See Guidance!!!

 

A UW admissions rep will be here at DHS on Tuesday, November 18th from 9:00 - 1:00 for Early Admission Day. Stop in the Guidance Office and sign up for a 15 minute appointment. The admissions rep. will be in the media center to meet with students. You will need to bring a completed UW application, a transcript, and $40.00 for the application fee. 

 

Juniors: There will be a Prom Committee meeting Wednesday, October 29th at 7:45 a.m. in Mrs. McGahan's room.  Any juniors who signed up to sell pizzas please attend the meeting as well. 

 

Any girls interested in playing basketball and want the team shoes, please see Dena Christianson in the Activities office-Coach Heny
