Days to Remember:
Presidents' Day         February 18th

Anyone planning on attending Prom:  You must be academically eligible to attend Prom.  Before buying tickets and prom apparel be sure that you are eligible.  If you have any questions please see Mr. Lake.

From now until the end of the year no student is allowed in the building from 3:45 until 4:30 unless you are in detention or working with a teacher.  After 4:30 no student is allowed in the building unless it is official school business.  No loitering will be tolerated. 

Seniors:  Central Wyoming College in Riverton, Wyoming is announcing its Application/Scholarship Day at DHS!!  Please sign up for a time in Guidance.  The representative will be here on Tuesday, February 19, 2008, during all lunches!!

Just a warning:  The defending DHS Dodgeball Champions have put a team together for next Wednesday's competition.  You have until Friday to sign up - Unless you're scared of being beat by the staff...again.  8 players to a team.  Sign-up in the office and pay Mrs. Foy or Mrs. Weber.  If you have already signed-up and have either not paid or not come up with your team name, stop by and see us as well.

SUMMER OPPORTUNITY for juniors or seniors
Interested in working on a UW agricultural science research project for 8 - 12 weeks at the Sheridan R&E Center????  Pay is $10 -12 per hour and dorm rooms are available at Sheridan College.  Students can also receive 3 hours of college credit.  Contact Justin Moss

Seniors:  Many opportunities through UW's College of Health Sciences…see Guidance for more information.  Career pathways include:  nursing, pharmacy, social work, communication disorders, kinesiology and health, and dental hygiene.  College algebra is a minimum!

Any junior boy who is interested in Boy's State please stop in the guidance office and pick up an application packet. Applications are due back by March 15th.

An admissions counselor from Central Wyoming College will be here on Tuesday, February, 19, from 11:00 - 12:45 in the Media Center for Application Days. Stop in the Guidance Office to sign up for a time.
