Lost:  Chemistry Calculator #14 lost—please turn in to office of found!

Any information from last year’s cyber bullying reported to Mr. Weigel would be very much appreciated. 

Any student interested in working 2 -3 times a week 2 hours each time please call Culligan @ 358-2898.  Must be able to lift around 40 pounds. 

Mentors:
Please remember to ask another mentor to cover for you if you will be gone this Friday.  Also, on Friday, please remember to pick up your agendas.

Anyone interested in participated in Gear-Up please plan to attend a meeting on Wednesday, October 01, 2008 in the upper auditorium during lunches.

Karma will be meeting on Tuesday, September 30th at 7:30 am in the guidance office.

Seniors:  Please verify your name for your diploma in the office.

Rotary Foreign Exchange Program
Interested in an adventure in a different culture?  If you are between the ages of 15 and 18, have reasonable grades, an open mind, and a desire to learn about new people and places, pick up an Outbound Application in the Guidance Office asap!  Deadline, this Friday, Sept. 26, to Guidance!!

Powder River Coal Scholarship Opportunities:
$2,000.00 per semester for books, fees, and tuition
For students interested in Industrial Electronics, Diesel Technology, Welding Technology
Minimum GPA of 2.5 and must maintain a 3.0 during college
Work at one of the PRCC mines during the summer with the goal of an A.A.S. Degree (2 year degree of Associate of Applied Science)

Upcoming dates of importance:
Post High School Planning Days, Monday, Sept. 29th--------------No school for students that day; however, if Juniors and/or Seniors wish to attend and want to  ride a bus to Casper for this event, please have permission slips turned in to the Guidance Office by Thursday, Sept. 25

ASVAB:  Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery--------------For Juniors and Seniors who are either interested in joining the military or just want to find out   more about interests, aptitudes, strengths, weaknesses…Wednesday, October 15, 8:10 - 11:00, upper aud, FREE

PSAT:  Practice test for Juniors for the SAT-----------------------------For Juniors who are 4-year college bound…Wednesday, October 15, 8:10 - 11:00, back gym,  $13.00 due to Guidance (only 40 tests available) by Monday, October 13.

ACT:  Saturday, October 25th, back gym
